The TEXAS PURPLE KINGS, THE TEXAS LADY REIGN AND THE TEXAS LADY SAINTS are Under the ownership window of HOLES HOOPS AND HOPE INC And that all athletes, staff and followers and fans of the said sports team platforms must follow the guidelines.
STAFF
* Respect for each team member and be open to their views and input on projects regarding their race, ethnicity, age, or gender with high tolerance and prohibiting any harassment of any kind in that will cause immediate dismissal from the organization.
* All staff will be screened, and background checks will be performed via local law enforcement.
ATHLETES
* To respect all teammates, coaches, and staff that actions on and off the court that do not meet team standards will result in disciplinary action by team ownership
* Athletes will NOT berate, or disrespect any participating men's, or women's athlete, coaching staff, administrative staff, or ownership during open workouts, practices, or events violators are subject to fines and repeated offenders suspension or dismissal from the team.
* To be faith-based stewards and represent the community and brand with solid sportsmanship and values
* All athletes will be screened, and background checks will be performed via local law enforcement
No slander, lewd remarks or defamation of character by any owner, staff or athlete on any social media is allowed. Violators will be subject to dismissal from the organization
FANS/FOLLOWERS
* Fans are not allowed to storm the court during a game or a scheduled team event. Any fans including former termed staff and athletes of the organization will be removed and subject to arrest by LCISD law authorities.
* The family of any athlete, coach, or staff member will pay on-road game ticket prices and will pay home game ticket prices at the Fulshear High School Center at a discount. If they go on a road game and no payment is made at the visiting team's door ticket entry and they are not on the staff, the Athlete will be fined the price of the ticket.
* No weapons, terrorist or ethnic and racial threats will be allowed at any team event home games towards, home team owners, staff, coaches or athletes of any visiting team owners, athletes, coaches or fans Violators will be subject to arrest by LCISD law enforcement.
