SHORTHANDED PURPLE KINGS FALL TO ALAMO CITY ALL STARS STREAK ENDS AT 3

Fulshear (November  18 )  - The Texas  Purple Kings walked in undefeated and  on a hot streak 

Then The Alamo City Uprising spoiled the party 

Added by a stifling All Stars defense and a exhausted Kings roster . The Purple Kings would lose their first game on the 2025-2026 ABA Season to the nationally ranked Alamo City All Stars  130-105 in San Antonio .  

The All  Stars  5-1  were placed with great offense led by Dinero Mercurius with 26 points and Andrew Eudy adding 20 points to go with 10 rebounds 

The Kings  (3-1)  bright spots was Antonio Hunt with 24 points and  Kevin Baker will 22 

Purple Kings HC Eric Keppard stated on the loss " The guys worked hard in the first half and made it close , But we were out played and turnovers killed us in the second half" he added

The Kings will travel to Lafayette Louisiana to take on the Ballers next Saturday December 13 Before ending the 2025 half of the season against the South Central Alpha Blue Division Champions  the Austin Bats in Austin on December 20th
